Recently, a Russian client delegation visited Hangzhou Roll Forming Technology Co., Ltd. to inspect the cold roll forming production line for floor deck panels.

At the equipment testing area in the workshop, the production line was operating at high speed, with panels being smoothly formed and steadily output. The clients gathered around the machinery, occasionally bending down to examine the cutting edges and interlocking effects, while passing samples among themselves. As the exchange deepened, the discussion among the three clients grew notably lively—one gestured to illustrate the cross-section shape, another repeatedly consulted the brought-along documents and drawings, and a third crouched down to inspect finished products on the floor.

The atmosphere was filled with focus and thoughtful consideration. The clients engaged in rapid discussions while continuously posing specific questions to our engineers, such as the stability during material thickness variations, adaptability to different construction site environments, and ease of equipment maintenance. The engineers responded to each query in detail, demonstrating forming effects under different modes by adjusting parameters on the control panel.

The discussion lasted nearly an hour, marked by moments of intense debate and unanimous nods of agreement. The clients ultimately concluded that the equipment's auto-leveling system and high-precision cutting capabilities would well meet their project requirements.
